| Synopsis: | With Part 1 pulling in over US$28 million at the local Box Office, the second installment of this epic romancer is seeing equal success, securing almost US$4 million in its first week alone. Picking up the story seven years after graduating from high school, director Takahiro Miki chronicles the lives of much-loved characters as they search for romance and happiness. Six years after graduating, Nanami Takahashi (Yuriko Yoshitaka) is working in Tokyo. Single, her relationship with Motoharu Yano (Toma Ikuta) came to an end after Motoharu's family moved from Hokkaido and the young lovers lost touch. Also living in Tokyo is Motoharu's best friend Masafumi Takeuchi (Sousuke Takaoka) and although he still has feelings for Nanami, they are nothing more than friends. Masafumi lets slip that four years earlier, Motoharu had been in contact, requesting him to take care of Nanami, only then to cease all communication. Still having feelings for her first love, Masafumi's admission stirs painful memories for Nanami. Fate, however, plays its hand and through Nanami's colleague, Motoharu is traced.
